The latest technology which is used in the projects and calculation systems
Vefa pays attaches great importance to Research & Development activities with its 350 personnel, 50 of which are technical and administrative personnel and it applies the project and calculation systems in a perfect manner. Due to its new generation software used within this context, Vefa makes the architectural drawings of the projects and the static calculation demanded by the customers perfectly and introduces problem-free products. All architectural projects and static - reinforced concrete and steel calculations are made with the SAP2000 and AutoCAD programs. The files in which the calculations and drawings made by the expert project team are only sent to the production after the necessary controls are made. |

The production plants which are equipped with the latest technology and high capacity
Vefa continues its productive activities in its production plants having 20.000 square meters open and 15.000 square meters closed areas, existing in two different regions of Istanbul. Vefa, by providing the materials used in its products from the leader firms and institutions of the sector in Turkey such as Ereğli Demir Çelik, Tepe Betopan, Tezcan Galvaniz and İzocam, manifests the level of importance given to the quality of produced products. Vefa follows up the latest technology for the machine equipments. In this way, Vefa achieves to produce the details such as wall panels, undercoat, roof truss used in its products incomparably and problem-free. Moreover, due to its different techniques used in the production, Vefa manages to provide products which can be applied in distinct climate conditions in different regions of the world from Siberia to Libya and Turkmenistan to Sudan. And, Vefa has achieved this success by maintaining its construction quality under control with the ISO 9001 quality assurance system. Thanks to its production plant equipped with the latest technology powerful machines and equipments, Vefa provides the manufacturing of most of the stages which can be referred as workmanship in its factory and manages to decrease the margin of error which can be emerged during the mounting process in a minimum level. All of the materials used in the panel system prefabricated buildings and containers which are produced by Vefa are certified with TSE (Turkish Standards Institution) standards, and their raw materials comply with the norms of TSE and DIN. The production capacity exceeding 1.500.000 m² in total also shows the leadership of Vefa in this sector. |
