Modular living containers are produced to meet all your needs. Modular living containers are easy to assemble and they can be carried over easily. Moreover the internal use areas of modular living containers can be organized as requested.
Modular living containers are ready for use as practical, functional, multipurpose and living units after earthquakes. Designed according to many intended uses such as offices, toilets-showers, dormitories, depots, living units etc, the containers can be defined as “indispensable elements of construction sites” since they have many features such as many choices for architectural design, decoration fit for all purposes, rapid mounting, easy to use, minimum maintenance cost, mounting and demounting features. Together with the units referred as modular system, they can constitute structures in all dimensions outside the standard measurements and as being multiple-storey. The dimensions of standard containers with isolation and without isolation are2.4 x 4 m, 2.4 x 6 m, 3 x 6 m, 3 x 7 m, 3 x 12 m. It is also possible to manufacture containers with special dimensions upon the requests of customers.
Office and Living Containers can be produced in two different ways; the first one is Monoblock Container Complex System, and the other one is Demountable Container System. |

1. Mb-Complex I Monoblock Containers Complex System
In the exterior surface, 0,60 mm thick galvanized sheet metal material with 30 mm depth is used. The exterior surface is painted with 60 micron thick electrostatic paint (kiln painted). In complex and multi-storey containers, all jointing elements, stairs, barriers and platforms are electrostatic paint (kiln painted). The metal sheets of the exterior surface are screwed mechanically to the windows, doorframes and main construction with socket head screws. Under no circumstances silicon or mastic is used. The exterior doors are made of custom design, jointless, seamless, with isolation and electrostatic kiln painted steel. The profiles used for the conveyor system to be more stable are produced in one piece along the length of container. As the roof covering, 0,50 mm thick galvanized metal sheet is used and this roof metal sheet is screwed to the main construction with socket head cap screws. For the floor, fire-resistant and water-proof,16 mm thick cemented chipboards are used. A ground-fault detector is provided for each container to prevent electric shocks. The containers are guaranteed for one year against workmanship, manufacturing and mounting faults.
