Pre-produced light prefabricated buildings are assembled on concrete floor which is prepared in advance. The most important advantage of these buildings is their resistance to earthquake and lightness since the system has a steel construction structure. The preferences for the prefabricated buildings has increased in recent years due to their features such as rapid manufacturing and mounting of these buildings as well as their capacity for easy mounting and demounting for many times.
The prefabricated buildings can be produced in the desired dimensions and designs and they can be single-storey (one-floor), two-storey or multiple-storey. Product shipments can be made by trucks, ships, freight containers, trains or cargo planes. There is no need for a crane for this loading and unloading. In overseas production, the materials are packed in accordance with the rules of international transportation and packing.
The prefabricated buildings can be delivered including or excluding electricity wiring, sanitary installations, painting, and windows. All of the materials used for the prefabricated buildings are certified with TSE (Turkish Standards Institution) standards. Their raw materials comply with the norms of TSE and DIN. The buildings such as site buildings, mini offices, social institution buildings, dormitories, dining halls, depots, toilets-shower units, workshops etc can be produced by a prefabricated system. 1. Pre-Pan I Cemented Chipboard Panel System
The prefabricated buildings can be produced in the desired dimensions and designs as being single-storey, two-storey or multiple-storey. Product shipments can be made by trucks, ships, freight containers, trains or cargo planes. There is no need for a crane for this loading and unloading. 2. Pre-Static I Electrostatic Painted Metal Sheet Panel System
This kind of prefabricated buildings are more quality and long lasting and they are also suitable for demounting and mounting in a short time because the exterior surface of the material has an electrostatic kiln painted application on the galvanized metal sheet which is formed as trapezium. The panel system is composed of galvanized U and C carcasses in the dimensions of the panel and its internal surface is covered with laminated chipboard or cemented chipboard. Polystyrene foam or glass-wool or rock-wool is used in the internal surface to provide isolation.
